A 40-minute intro to SAFe Agile Architecture

A great, practical, guide to the role of architecture within SAFe. Look out for Intentional vs Emergent and Enablers vs Features. Also the general involvement of the architect through the PI. They mention the System Architect role, but this role also covers many aspects of a 'Solution Architect'. Enterprise architecture remains a little fluffy which, frankly, reflects the nature of the role in many organisations. This video helps architects and developers using SAFe clarify roles and work more collaboratively. Getting this right is a good step forward in agile and adaptive practice.
